Thank you for your interest in welcoming a wolfalike puppy into your home. These dogs are unique, intelligent, and require special care. This questionnaire doesn’t commit you to anything. It is designed to help you reflect on whether a wolfalike is the right fit for your household and to give us a better understanding of your experience and expectations. Please take your time with the questions and answer as thoughtfully as you can. When you submit the questionnaire, we will send you a copy of your answers so you can reflect on them if you need to.
