Dogs can usually be dropped off or collected between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM, but the exact time must always be arranged in advance. We ask owners to be punctual so that we can organize our day properly.

Because our boarding and daycare work as a small family-style pack, not as a traditional kennel. The first visit allows us to meet your dog, observe how they react to our dogs and environment, and make sure everyone can stay safe and comfortable.

Possibly, but only if the introductory visit shows that they are compatible with our dogs and our environment.

Because all dogs staying with us live alongside our own pack, they must be able to coexist safely and calmly with them and with us. The visit helps us make that decision honestly, in the best interest of everyone involved.

As early as possible, especially for holidays and busy periods. Because we keep a very limited number of dogs and have regular clients, places fill quickly.

Each stay must be paid before the dog leaves. For stays longer than four nights, we ask for at least 50% of the total amount when or before you bring your dog.

Payment can be made by Twint, cash or bank transfer. If paying in cash, please bring the exact amount whenever possible, as we do not always have much change available.

For daycare, your dog only needs their collar or harness. For the first stay and every boarding stay, please also bring their passport or vaccination booklet so we can check their information.

For boarding, please bring your dog’s usual food whenever possible. If needed, we can provide the same food as our own dogs for an additional daily fee. You are also welcome to bring their bed, a favourite toy or something that smells like home if it helps them feel more comfortable.

That’s up to you. Occasional news and pictures are included, and you can also choose to be notified for any small issue your dog may have. Whatever you choose, we will contact you in case of emergency or serious issue.

Reservations cancelled less than seven days in advance are billed at half of the original price. This helps protect the limited spaces we reserve for each dog.

The dogs are supervised most of the time, but we occasionally leave them alone for a couple of hours when needed. In that case, they are separated into compatible groups or secure spaces for extra safety.

At night, dogs usually remain together if the group is calm and stable, but we separate them whenever we feel it is safer or more comfortable for them. The goal is always to preserve a peaceful environment and prevent unnecessary tension.
